Bestiary
Arantils
Research note - slender beings with narrow pupils. They take on different colors depending on their power and nature. At least that’s what the rumors say. Apparently, someone once described an Arantil that glowed and was completely deformed. Some doubt, however, that this was one and the same creature. Sketches by eyewitnesses also reveal wings and fins, making it difficult to determine Arantil’s exact appearance.
Legend - in ancient times, it was rumored that the light from their horns led to another dimension, but only on the 15th day of the month of Môararē.
Place - in the days of magic, they were most often seen near weeping willows.
Size - 1.50 to 3 meters in height
Risk level – 5/10
Mortalis
Research note - otherwise known as the terror of the west (apparently, that used to make more sense). A gray, skin-and-bones creature with something strange on its head. A musty odor lingers behind them. Sometimes they can be mistaken for a peacock, even though Mortals stand over two meters tall.
Legend - seen in various parts of cities, but never outside them. There was a rumor once circulated that these creatures were somehow connected to the world of sorcerers.
Place - apparently, they come from narrow, long ravines known as the Ethers. These are rather gloomy places, devoid of all life. However, it was later discovered that this was not where the humanoid creatures first appeared.
Size - 2 to 3 meters tall
Risk level – 8/10
Wouerens
Research note - the beloved creatures of one of the sorcerers. Apparently, they used to be seen more often (even in real life). Now it’s hard to spot them even on the horizon. It’s easy to mistake them for whales, unless you have a measuring tape several dozen meters long on hand.
Legend - eyewitnesses swore that Wouerens could fly, but they must have gotten something wrong. After all, whales are too heavy to fly.
Place - probably every sky at the boundary of dimensions. But which dimensions . . . ? Sometimes there’s also a sea.
Size - 54 meters long
Risk level – 2/10
Luâdains
Research note - they probably aren’t the first beings to bear that name, since “luā” means “after” in the ancient Kalerato language. Little is known about them, as few people have had the opportunity to visit the places where they can be found. And even if someone has encountered a Luâdain, they might not have even realized it - they hide well among humans.
Legend - they currently bear a strong resemblance to humans (due to interbreeding), but certain traces of their former appearance remain, which could expose them.
Place – for some reason, they actually appeared in reality. The older members of this race came to our dimension from the sky - some simply stayed here, or were unable to return.
Size - from 1.80 to 2.50 meters in height

Character profile - when she stole her mother’s diary, she discovered something she never would have imagined in her wildest dreams. She is almost frighteningly ordinary, and on top of that, she rarely trusts her own abilities. She really has a lot to remind. Not only does she have a chest she knows nothing about, but there’s also a prophecy about her (though hardly anyone remembers it).

Places
Moûltonē Dïarē
Description - cozy townhouses with red, brown, and silver roof tiles, located among the mountains and park. The entire city is surrounded on three sides by hills and borders the Endsea to the west. It has many cafes and restaurants, several train and tram stations, a market, and a shopping mall.
Type - the city of sorcerers
History - the city seems to be just starting to develop. However, there are rumors that glass buildings once stood along the streets instead of the brick townhouses. Apparently, the architecture was more modern than it is today, but everything changed after one of the major wars.
Atmosphere - a sense of mystery hangs over the city along with the morning fog. Everything seems normal on the surface, but lately more and more people have been saying they can’t talk about something. It’s all because of some mysterious code.
Maûilarē Tuorē
Description - the smaller of the twin cities, but with a similar layout (only the color scheme is more subdued). At first glance, it looks forgotten, but it’s simply a huge market that usually draws all the residents during the day. It’s hard to find any other attractions there besides the bazaar and an abandoned factory, which, along with Park Mountain, marks the boundary between the two cities. To the north, a small headland hides the entrance to underground tunnels, and to the east, the rocky cliffs of the Time Mountains rise above the city.
Type - the city of sorcerers
History - old records in the town archives reveal that one of the founders of the twin towns died before the other. Apparently, this is why the smaller of the two cities never had the chance to develop further.
Atmosphere - a few more machines, and a few fewer new additions. Dust from the old mine shafts floating in the air is a daily occurrence - which is why hardly anyone goes near the factory grounds. Besides, that’s where the psychiatric hospital is located.
The World Between Borders
Description - is exactly what the name suggests. It is divided into five parts: an autumn forest from which an old lighthouse can be seen, steep rocky peaks concealing a stream that leads to a waterfall (behind which there is reportedly a cave), golden fields perpetually veiled in mist, green hills among which stands the severed trunk of a great tree, and the sea that seems to merge with the vault of the sky.
Type - an interdimensional plane created by instruments
History - the World Between Borders was conceived by one of the sorcerers for his friend. It was meant to bring him the happiness he had never known in reality. However, it became only a place of escape for his wife.
Atmosphere - because it is divided into five distinct sections, it does not have a single atmosphere. However, one can say with certainty that it is incredibly peaceful there.
Aiâusē
Description - I don’t think this is reality anymore . . . Although in some ways it imitates it very well. It all depends on which part of the mind it enters and whose mind it was.
Type - an interdimensional plane created by instruments
History - the sons of one of the sorcerers once wanted to create something extraordinary. And that is how this world came to be - a world that no one wanted to take care of at first. It seems it still hasn’t found a suitable ruler.
Atmosphere - it’s hard to say anything about it, because it changes as quickly as a morning dream you can’t quite remember. One thing is certain: different times, scenes, and situations may be shifting all around you, yet you just stand there in the same spot, not moving at all.
The Tilted World
Description - the city is surrounded on the north by the same sea, but its water level varies from place to place. The south, on the other hand, hangs on the edge of that world - beyond the street screens, one sometimes sees distant wastelands, and at other times clouds, as if there were nothing else there. Sunsets are also interesting - it happens that the sun sets twice.
Type - the second level of the Aiâusē plane
History - a level created primarily by the third creator - a master at bringing reality to life. Apparently, the noticeable references to Egypt in the Tilted World (as well as the rest of Aiâusē) came from the creator's personal travels.
Atmosphere - I think the most interesting thing there is the incredibly changeable weather. The seasons seem to be the same (though they change quickly, from one day to the next), but it’s always strangely warm. It’s as if something "outside" were heating the city.

Beri Boys
A youth group active since the early 20th century. Lovers of beer, anarchy, and good music. They usually dress in black leather and light-colored jeans, and arrive at their hangouts on black motorcycles. They often use funny or grammatically incorrect words to stand out even more from the crowd. An interesting fact is that the girls who belong to the Beri Boys aren’t called Beri Girls.
Ivē
A youth group active since the 18th century, bringing together dreamers of all kinds. Its members are followers of the so-called philosophy of the sky (Matt’Ivestïo - a combination of the words beauty, freedom, and eternity). They often take walks and observe the sky, particularly the light and the clouds. When they have their ring finger hooked over their little finger - it’s best not to disturb them.
